Over the past quarter (October through December 2013 and the first five days of 2014), there were 6 sales closed within Meadows of Blackhawk. The average listing price was $239,614 and the average sales price was $238,667. This means that homes sold for approximately 99.6% of the list price. The average number of days on the market was 50, which is about 10 days less than the average for the Austin MLS.
